As the founder & managing principal of Rethought Construction, Saleh has worked with much acclaim & respect among his peers for his leadership & technical aptitude in every project he pursues for the past 7 years.

Out of college, Saleh naturally drifted to the construction field where he quickly was able to gain valuable industry experience. With an appreciation and talent for managing a job site, Saleh was able to quickly move up the ranks taking up every major position within his field. Yet, Saleh wanted to a deeper meaning in his construction work.

Always one to take on a challenge, he soon joined the United Nations to further understand how to effectively plan and modernize cities through streamlined city & capital planning strategies. He later joined Gensler, a top design firm, as a Commercial Real Estates Strategist helping his clients understand and better utilize their real estate portfolios.

After finding himself at odds with the siloed nature of the two fields, he was inspired to pave his own path through Rethought where he was able to merge his two passions for construction and strategic planning.

Jeff is the person behind the innovative edge behind Rethought’s design efforts. Without his invaluable insight & experience, we wouldn’t be able to offer our clients the unique & vibrant spaces we are known for.... 

After an illustrious academic career, Jeff quickly rose the ranks of the construction workforce in the United States.His skilled eye for design soon allowed him to work in prominent projects in the past 5 years. Through his ardent work, he has become a world-class expert on construction & design fueling a large part of our culture here at REthought Construction.

Never one to shy away from new challenges, Jeff has also brought thriving technologies into our tool set of construction. Chiefly among these is the latest implementation of Virtual Reality & AI systems helping aid us in site management & design.
